You must be enrolled for Online Banking and Mobile Banking. The same User ID and password can be used to access Mobile Deposit. Mobile Banking Deposits are subject to verification and not available for immediate withdrawal. The cut-off time for mobile deposits is 6 p.m. EST; the deposited check will be available the next business day. If the deposit is made after 6 p.m. EST, the deposit will be processed on the next business day, and the deposited funds will be available on the next business day after the deposit is processed.
To use the Service, you must have a supported mobile device (Apple iPhone® •Apple iPad® or Android™ with a supported camera (requires at least a 2-megapixel) and a supported operating system (iOS 3.1+ or OS 2.1.1+), have a data plan for your mobile device, and download the App to your mobile device (collectively, the “Mobile Device”). We do not guarantee that your particular mobile device, mobile device camera, mobile device operating system or mobile carrier will be compatible with the Service.
