TriStone Community Bank
Internet Banking, Online Bill Pay & Electronic Statement System Transition Guide
During the period between Thursday, September 17th and Sunday, September 20th, your Internet Banking, Online Bill Pay and Electronic Statement accounts will transition to First Community Bank systems. We have worked hard to ensure a smooth transition from TriStone systems. This document provides information to assist you with the transition of your online accounts.
Please note the following important milestones listed below. Your access to Internet Banking and Online Bill Pay services will be disrupted during the period from Thursday afternoon until Monday morning. Please plan ahead and conduct any time sensitive online banking activities such as transferring funds or paying bills before the transition.
We want the transition of your Internet Banking and Bill Pay accounts to go smoothly. In order to assist customers through the process we will extend our customer support hours between September 18th and September 27th to assist customers before, during and after the system conversion to answer any questions and to address any issues which may arise with your Internet Banking or Online Bill Pay account. Please contact Customer Support at (800) 971-4671 with any questions from between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Extended support hours will be available each day between Friday, September 18th and Sunday, September 27th.
